Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: You can exchange any product within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: To process an exchange, you will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Return Policy
- Timeframe: You can return any product within 14 days of receiving your order if it is defective or not as described.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: To process a return, proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

- Damaged or washed items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
